Fatima-Zohra EL AAHED is a member of the AI, Digital Creations, and Video Games" research team within the Laboratory of Literature, Arts, and Educational Engineering.
Specializing in cinema, design, and intangible cultural heritage, her research focuses on the enhancement, preservation, and transmission of Moroccan cultural heritage through visual arts, digital media, and video games.
In addition to her academic career, she is a skilled film editor and colorist, bringing technical cinematic expertise to her creative and research projects. Her most recent work explores the concept of augmented heritage, aiming to safeguard and promote Moroccan cultural legacy through augmented reality (AR), gamification, animated film, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in the service of heritage and the arts.
