Houria Kelkoul is a Professor of Digital Design and Arts at Ibn Tofaïl University in Kenitra, where she serves as Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Letters and Arts and Director of the Center of Excellence in Design and Applied Arts.

She holds a PhD and a habilitation in multimedia and audiovisual studies, with research interests in game design, UI/UX design, interactive media, audiovisual technologies, and digital pedagogical innovation.

She coordinates several excellence programs in multimedia, video games, design, and digital creativity, while developing research and international cooperation projects at the intersection of arts, technology, and innovation
